Enhanced Shortlists : added privacy settings for shortlists, to allow you to share your shortlists with the rest of the team; a new, simple shortlist management screen (accessible from the Shortlists section from the menu); and more tools to manage shortlists for roles

Interaction Form Guide – can be switched on in the Account Settings to show the number of interactions created each week over the last four weeks for the active user filter

Bulk Export – the account owner (and the account owner alone) can now bulk download all of the information from the system

Email campaigns (beta) : send an email based on a template to a shortlist of people, and track its performance (more here)

Multi-currency fee support: if configured on your account, you can now record fees in multiple currencies (totals are calculated using the EU Central Bank conversion rates converting to your system currency)

Extended Outlook/Gmail calendar integration: now you can select any of your calendars from your provider account as a default, and choose which calendar you create reminders in. Calendar sync can also be switched off if desired, in account settings

Auto-interaction from email : to simplify tracking you can tick a box to create an interaction (or outreach if used) when you send an e-mail – this can be configured in Settings/Email Settings

Message templates are easier to write – a list of available fields is shown and can be added to the active template with a click (more here)
Minor Tweaks/Bugfixes

Hiring Manager phone number is now shown if present within the Hiring Manager list on the Client page

Field Types are shown on disabled customisations

Client Addresses can now be switched off within the customisations screen

Messaging Centre now shows the time of the last email sync, and Attachments shows the time as well as the date of the message

Bulk Import settings screen now shows fields that are required in the customisations

Fixed an issue where social media links without http:// were not correctly linked

Fixed an issue where fields switched off in customisations would still be considered for validation

Fixed an issue where emails wouldn’t correctly be matched if the email address in the CRM contained uppercase letters

Fixed an issue where DRAFT emails, or emails without a sender from Microsoft would cause an issue in displaying email attachments

Addresses: can now be searched from the list screens (if an admin user adds address to a list in Configure Lists) in the same way as in advanced search

Added a new CSV report to describe week-by-week interactions on the system, accessible at the bottom of the reports page

Added the ability to track clicks on email links as well as message opens

Added the ability to specify when a workflow stage can accept a potential fee entry

Added an icon indicating if a candidate has been emailed in the last 48 hours (to prevent mistaken repeat contact)

Client pages now show interactions for hiring managers for that Client included in the interactions list

Fixed an issue in the bulk importer for clients where if a record failed to be created, quick edit of that record failed

Fixed an issue where fee totals on workflows would double count potential fees from the same candidate or role

Fixed an issue where message templates would be out of order, and deleted templates would appear when selecting from a list

Fixed an issue where messages sent from the system would not appear in the emails list until the next full sync

Excel downloads - added the ability to limit these to admins or disable them completely in the account settings
