Minor Features and Bugfixes

  • Simplified Client details – rather than having a main contact, clients now just have a collection of hiring managers to prevent confusion when searching for the main contact where it isn’t a hiring manager

  • Improved quick find – in the main search bar, now an extra line of detail is shown as you type for quick find results to help identify if you have the correct record

  • Added better options for billing – credit card details can now be updated in the app without having to make a support request

  • Fixed a bug on “save and add” on the candidate form

  • Fixed a bug where moving a workflow card to placements wouldn’t update the history correctly in certain circumstances

  • Fixed a bug where empty documents couldn’t be deleted from roles

  • Fixed a bug where candidates could be added to smart shortlists

  • Added “email enabled” to the consultants view in settings (to enable managers to see who is using the email integration functionality)

  • Added the ability to customise diary event types

  • Latest roles on the dashboard now filters inactive roles

  • Added warnings/reasons for smart shortlist suggestions

  • CV Parsing now has AI enhanced field extraction, even for custom fields, based on previous entries for these fields

  • Fixed a bug where workflow history in the tooltip would be filtered by the top-level mine/all filter

  • Improved response times for email related screens

  • Workflow filters now use the same searchable dropdowns as the rest of the system, to make filtering simpler

  • Fixed a bug where placements on the workflow screen would not be filtered by the workflow filters
