Simple email signatures are now supported: create your signature in the Profile page (accessible in the user dropdown in the top right of the screen), and it will automatically be added to any new email message – it can also be optionally included in a message template

An email font can now be changed – an email can have any of a set of supported fonts (fonts that display correctly across all email applications): you can set your default font in the Profile page, but it can be changed on each email or within a template

Email Tracking Live Feed(in the messaging centre) has had a facelift: rather than showing one row for each tracked open or click, they are grouped into the message and recipient with a total open/click count

Attachments can now be added to message templates

Global filters** can now be customised in account settings: candidates, clients, roles and hiring managers can be individually set to enforce Show All consultants at all times, or show all active/inactive records if required

Hiring Manager emails are now collated and shown on the client profile page

Placements can now be reverted from within the edit form (previously you had to drag and drop the placement back to an earlier stage) in the workflows screen or on a candidate or role profile

“Recent Interactions” on the home dashboard can now be configured to include recent emails (this can be found in account settings – the tickbox Include Emails in Dashboard feed)

Email replies are now trackable: the number of replies to a message is shown in the live feed and in individual emails on profile pages

“Upcoming Events” on the home dashboard has a customisable time horizon (it defaults to showing the upcoming 7 days when Show All is selected, or 14 days otherwise)

Fixed a bug where PDF files dropped into profiles would sometimes show metadata and code from the PDF

Fixed a bug where clicking on a placement diary entry on the dashboard could cause an error screen
