Reporting Upgrade
We’ve upgraded our reporting back-end to make it easier to build custom reports and view simple metrics. We’ve added an account setting to allow administrators to choose who can view reports – those who can view it can now see:

A new flexible reporting dashboard – this shows three configurable charts: a comparison bar chart to allow you to compare metrics between given periods, and a pie and doughnut chart to easily view how metrics are broken down. On this screen you can choose a start date for all the graph data, as well as a period for the data; then on the individual graphs you can choose what data you would like to see and how you would like it broken down. All of the graphs have a Raw button which shows a table of all the data used within the report.

A new report document generator – this screen allows you to run a report from a pre-defined set of templates (we have set up a few templates, but if you have a request, let us know), and generate a PDF (and Excel) document

Added the ability to filter by acknowledged flags on the workflows page

Fixed a bug where a date with a timezone adjusted the zone time incorrectly

Fixed a bug where clearing the date from a workflow edit did not remove the date from the card

Fixed a bug where updates to a workflow card in final offer stage were not carried across to a placement update

Upgraded the parser to pick up personal information in even more cases. More exciting parser upgrades to come in the next release too!

Fixed a bug where campaigns with invalid email addresses would fail silently

Fixed an issue on the consultant tracking page where the page size wasn’t correctly updated

Fixed an issue where running a campaign with no list would throw an error
