New Features

• “Sticky” reminders – you can now create events that are “sticky”: this means they don’t go away after the date/time unless you acknowledge them. Good for setting up calls you want to make at a specific time but if you’re busy you want to stay reminded! Just check the sticky box when you create a reminder, and use the links at the bottom of the reminder to acknowledge, reschedule or delete it

• All-day reminders – we now support creating all-day reminders too

• New list item view – if you head to the lists page and click View All Items, you’ll get an itemised list of everything added to a list ordered by when you added it. Good if you like to work through all candidates you’ve shortlisted for any role recently

• Placement reminder schedules – if you prefer to be reminded several times for a placed candidate, you can now set a schedule of multiple reminders for every placement. If for example you like to do a pre-check a week before with the candidate, and then follow up 4 weeks later, you can set this up in the settings page: drop me a note if you’d like me to show you how!
