New Features
A List Facelift
We’ve updated our list management interface to bring it in line with the rest of the application, and to make it as simple as possible to view, edit and manage lists and shortlists in preparation for adding our AI-enabled recommended candidate lists over the coming weeks.
-
The lists overview screen is now sortable and filterable in the same way as the candidate and role screens
-
Role shortlists are now displayed as Name/Role Title (e.g. ABC23/Software Developer) – this is configurable for your account so let us know if you want a different naming scheme
-
Viewing a list and managing adding/removal or moving shortlisted items to workflow is now all done within the same screen you manage the items, meaning you can search/filter/bulk edit items within a list too
Minor Features & Bugfixes
-
Added an information icon to workflow which shows the history up to this point in a tooltip
-
Added a current record indicator to breadcrumbs to show the current record number (e.g. if you are on candidate 23 of a search returning 45 it will show you 23/45 in the breadcrumb bar)
-
Fixed a bug where filtering on a consultant would use the workflow owner not the placement owner
-
Added a “completed at” column to campaigns
-
Tweaked Hiring Manager and Client profile screens to display notes consistently on the left like candidates
-
Added a workflow/placements section to clients and hiring managers to include workflows and placements for all roles for that client/hiring manager
