New Features

Workflows: have had an overhaul! The workflows view now shows each stage separately as a scrollable horizontal board, and moving between stages is an even simpler drag-and-drop than before. There is a new filter section (accessible by a link in the top right, or by View in Workflows on any profile page), and marking a workflow as Refused/Rejected or On Hold is now performed by setting the status on the edit screen. Workflow documentation now lives in Octavia CRM: Key Features
-
Attachments can now be added to new emails from the CRM: just click the new button on the create email screen
-
Tracking: account owners now have much more visibility on how their account is used
Minor Tweaks/Bugfixes
-
Shortlists: naming has (hopefully) become less confusing. Shortlisting refers to shortlisting a candidate for a role. A list is the simple tagging interface for creating candidate/client or role lists
-
Shortlist items can now be dragged and dropped to workflows on a candidate or role profile screen
-
Date columns can now be filtered more logically, by a date range rather than matching the exact date
-
Extended timezone support to reminders
-
Email links now default to Octavia CRM emails when emails are enabled
-
Multi-currency support extended to candidate custom currency fields
-
Refined potential fee total calculation on workflows page, to not double count. This can be turned off (so double counting the same role or candidate potential fees) by an administrator.
-
Fixed a bug where removing a list on a candidate page wouldn’t stick: now you can click the x next to a list to remove a candidate from the list
-
Fixed a bug where adding candidates to lists would sometimes temporarily remove them search results
-
Fixed a bug where the open percentage on a campaign view would be inaccurate, and added template detail to the list screen
-
Fixed a bug where message templates with no subject would cause an error screen
-
Fixed a bug where calendar entries not attached to a candidate or role would have no subject
-
Fixed a bug where email validation wouldn’t consider two identical emails with different cases the same
